Cancellation
Booked visits must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance (counted as weekdays, not Saturdays and holidays), otherwise half the price of the visit will be charged.

Parking
Available outside on Drakegatan (cross street to the clinic, Sms park), or in the parking garage on Fabriksgatan or across the street behind the clinic (between the clinic and the E6) (Gothenburg city parking).

Copy of medical record and personal collection at the clinic on presentation of approved ID – Price SEK 150/copy
Copy of journal sent by post within Sweden – SEK 300/copy
